KDM5A (Lysine Demethylase 5A, also known as JARID1A or RBP2) is a JmjC-domain histone demethylase that removes H3K4me2 and H3K4me3 methyl marks and regulates transcription of developmental and tumor-suppressor genes. This unconjugated Mouse IgG2a monoclonal antibody, clone 9A6, is supplied by Antibodies.com as 100 µg in liquid format and is validated for Western blot detection of the ~196 kDa KDM5A protein in human and mouse lysates.
