Anti-KDM4B Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets KDM4B (lysine-specific demethylase 4B, also known as JMJD2B or JHDM3B), a Jumonji domain-containing histone demethylase involved in chromatin regulation. The reagent is offered at a 50 µl pack size and is provided at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The antibody is unconjugated and was generated against a recombinant human KDM4B immunogen, then purified by affinity chromatography to capture the immunoglobulin fraction.
