Histone demethylase KDM4B (also called JMJD2B) is a JmjC-domain oxygenase that removes methyl groups from H3K9me2/me3 and H3K36me3, linking chromatin state to transcription, DNA damage response, and estrogen-driven gene programs. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised against KDM4B and is supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum for use in Western blot and immunofluorescence workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples.

Detection at the expected ~150 kDa band in WB and nuclear staining in IF are consistent with the chromatin-associated localization of this demethylase. Researchers studying hormone-responsive cancers, epigenetic regulation of H3K9 and H3K36 methylation marks, and chromatin remodeling pathways use this reagent to probe endogenous KDM4B expression across cell lines and primary tissue. Store refrigerated; aliquot upon first use and limit freeze-thaw cycles to preserve polyclonal titer across multiple assays.
