Anti-KDM4A Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targets KDM4A (also referred to as JHDM3A or JMJD2A). It is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and reacts with human and mouse samples. The reagent is supplied as a liquid and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

The target protein has a molecular weight of 150 kDa. Immunisation was performed with a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 585-815 of human KDM4A (NP_055478.2). The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt, aliquots should be stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
