Anti-KDM3A Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against KDM3A (also referred to as JHDM2A) and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG. The antibody is validated for Western blot applications at a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:1,000, and reactivity has been demonstrated against human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen used corresponds to amino acids 1–270 of human KDM3A (NP_060903.2), and the predicted molecular weight of the target protein is 147 kDa. Purification is performed by affinity chromatography, and the liquid formulation is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
