Anti-KDM1A Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against KDM1A (also known as KDM1/LSD1), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid reagent of the IgG isotype.

Validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:100 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody has been affinity purified and recognises KDM1/LSD1 at a reported molecular weight of 110 kDa. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 365–515 of human KDM1 (accession NP_055828.2). The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, shipped at 4°C and intended for storage at –20°C after aliquoting, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
