Anti-KDM1A Antibody

Affinity-purified Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting KDM1A (also known as KDM1/LSD1), supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunofluorescence (IF), immunoprecipitation (IP) and ELISA. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 365–515 of human KDM1/LSD1.

Manufacturer-recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IP 0.5 µg–4 µg antibody for 200 µg–400 µg of whole-cell extract, and ELISA at a starting concentration of 1 µg/ml. The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% ProClin 300, with a predicted molecular weight of 93 kDa. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
