Anti-KDEL Receptor 2 (L119) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting KDEL Receptor 2 (L119), raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of human KDEL Receptor 2. Provided unconjugated, it is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It specifically detects endogenous levels of KDEL Receptor 2 protein, with a molecular weight of approximately 24 kDa. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of greater than 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
