Anti-KDEL Receptor 2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is designed to detect endogenous levels of KDEL Receptor 2 (KDELR2), an ER lumen protein-retaining receptor also known as ELP-1, ERD2.2 or ERD2-like protein 1. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human KDELR2, and the antibody is supplied in liquid form at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The 50 µL aliquot is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and the reagent has been validated across multiple platforms, including ELISA, Western Blotting (WB), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse and rat samples, making the antibody a versatile choice for cross-species studies of ER protein retention and trafficking.
