The KCTD12 target, also referenced as PFET1, is a BTB/POZ domain-containing auxiliary subunit of native GABA-B receptors where it modulates G protein signalling and downstream receptor kinetics. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as a 200 µl aliquot in a standard vial and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry workflows on human samples. Investigators working on GPCR signalling pathways, neuronal G-protein modulation, or tumour biology where altered KCTD12 expression has been reported can apply this reagent for protein detection across those three platforms. The polyclonal format provides an epitope pool that supports recognition of full-length KCTD12 in cell lysates, formalin-fixed tissue sections, and suspended cell populations, and the unconjugated format allows direct conjugation to fluorophores or enzymes for tailored assay design.
