Rabbit polyclonal antibody to KCNS3, available from Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated and of IgG isotype, raised in Rabbit and validated for Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry (IHC). It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-180 of human KCNS3 (NP_002243.3). It has a reported molecular weight of 56 kDa for the target. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been affinity purified. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200.

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
