Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets KCNQ2 and is validated for Western blot applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 466–665 of human KCNQ2 (NP_742105.1), with an observed molecular weight of 95 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:1,000.
The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
