Anti-KCNQ1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets KCNQ1 and is supplied as a liquid reagent in unconjugated form. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is reported to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 250-549 of human KCNQ1 (NP_861463.1), with the antibody reported to recognise bands at 70 kDa / 75 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide and is affinity purified. Two scientific validation images are referenced for this reagent.

Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
