Anti-KCNMB2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com raised against KCNMB2, supplied unconjugated in liquid form. The antibody is affinity purified and validated for Western blot (WB), with the source catalogue also listing immunohistochemistry (IHC) as a tested application. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 68–194 of human KCNMB2 (NP_005823.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 30 kDa.

The product is formulated in phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; the concentration is lot specific. A recommended WB dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is provided. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
