Anti-KCNJ6 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting KCNJ6 (also known as GIRK2), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody is produced in rabbit and reacts with human and mouse samples. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is purified by affinity purification.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-80 of human KCNJ6 (NP_002231.1). The antibody has a molecular weight of 48 kDa and is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

For Western blot, the manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:500-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
