Anti-KCNJ3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting KCNJ3, also known as GIRK1. The reagent is an unconjugated IgG supplied in liquid form and is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50–150 of human KCNJ3 (NP_002230.1). It is affinity purified.

Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The corresponding target protein has a molecular weight of 56 kDa.

The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
