Description
Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets KCNJ11, also known as Kir6.2, ATP-sensitive inward rectifier potassium channel 11, IKATP, and potassium channel, inwardly rectifying subfamily J, member 11. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is reactive with human and mouse samples. It was raised against recombinant human KCNJ11 protein and purified by affinity chromatography. The product is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is shipped at 4°C for storage at −20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
