KCNH6, the gene encoding the voltage-gated potassium channel subunit also known as ERG2 and Kv11.2, belongs to the ether-à-go-go family of ion channels that shape membrane repolarization in excitable cells. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and validated for Western Blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples. The antibody is supplied as 100 µL of polyclonal antisera, providing enough material for multiple blotting cycles or a series of stained tissue sections. Researchers working on cardiac electrophysiology, neuronal signaling, or the reported links between ERG-family channels and tumor cell proliferation use this reagent to localize KCNH6 protein expression in cell lysates and fixed tissue sections.
