Anti-KCNH3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting KCNH3, supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, supported by 1 scientific validation image.

Immunogenicity was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human KCNH3, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total KCNH3 protein. The reagent is formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. KCNH3 is also known by the synonyms BEC1, Brain-specific eag-like channel 1, ELK channel 2, ELK2, Ether-a-go-go-like potassium channel 2, KIAA1282, Potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily H member 3, and Voltage-gated potassium channel subunit Kv12.2.
