Anti-KCNH1 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG and supplied unconjugated. The antibody targets KCNH1 (also referred to as EAG1) and is validated for Western blot (WB) on Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 813–962 of human KCNH1 (NP_002229.1). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 111 kDa and the recommended dilution range for WB is 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. One scientific validation image is provided.
