Anti-KCNE2 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets KCNE2. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for WB and ELISA applications and reacts with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human KCNE2, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Reported molecular weight is 15 kDa, with a predicted molecular weight of 14 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
