Anti-KCNE1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against KCNE1, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is of the IgG isotype, validated for Western blot, and reactive with Human and Mouse samples. Immunisation was performed using a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region within amino acids 1–100 of human KCNE1 (NP_000210.2), and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography.

Provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000, and the predicted molecular weight of the target is 16 kDa. The antibody ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C on receipt, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
