Anti-KCND3 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the KCND3 (Kv4.3) protein and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 502–636 of human KCND3 (NP_751948.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 73 kDa. The reagent is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity purification. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
