Anti-KCNC1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets KCNC1 and is validated for western blot (WB) applications. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, with reactivity reported against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human KCNC1 (NP_004967.1). The target has a molecular weight of 58 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid prepared by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.

For western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:100–1:500 is given. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
