Anti-KCNA4 Antibody

The Antibodies.com Anti-KCNA4 reagent is a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against the human Kv1.4 voltage-gated potassium channel encoded by the KCNA4 gene. This primary antibody is unconjugated and supplied as a 200µl liquid aliquot for western blot detection of the target in human samples.

KCNA4 contributes to transient outward potassium currents in cardiac myocytes and in defined neuronal populations, where the channel supports membrane repolarization and shapes firing patterns. The polyclonal host response allows recognition of multiple epitopes on Kv1.4, supporting reproducible band visualization in western blot workflows when paired with appropriate HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary reagents.
