Description
Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against KCNA2 for use in research applications. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC).
The antibody was generated using recombinant full-length human KCNA2 as the immunogen and recognises endogenous levels of the KCNA2 protein in human and rat samples. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 57 kDa.
