Anti-KCNA2 Antibody

The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human and Mouse samples. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 60 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-165 of human KCNA2 (accession NP_001191198.1).

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF, and concentration is lot-specific. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
