Anti-KCNA1 Antibody

The unconjugated antibody is intended for Western blot detection of endogenous Kv1.1 protein in human, mouse, and rat samples, where the channel runs at an apparent molecular weight of approximately 56 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot in PBS-based buffer containing glycerol and a small percentage of sodium azide as a preservative, allowing direct application to whole-protein lysates prepared from neuronal, cerebellar, or hippocampal tissue sources.
