Anti-KCHIP4 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against KCHIP4 (potassium voltage-gated channel interacting protein 4). The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is supplied in lyophilised form for reconstitution with double distilled water.

It is validated for use in ELISA and Western blot applications and reacts with mouse samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 45-57 of mouse Kchip4 (sequence KTSSPAIQNSV), conjugated with KLH for immunization.

The product is lyophilised from a 0.01M phosphate buffered saline solution at pH 7.4, and purification is performed by Protein G affinity chromatography. Storage guidance is to ship at 4°C and, upon delivery, to aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles; the concentration is reconstitution dependent.
