Anti-KCHIP1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting KCHIP1, produced by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for ELISA and WB applications and reacts with mouse samples. It is supplied in lyophilised form, prepared from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.4, and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from amino acids 12-22 of mouse Kchip1, conjugated with KLH, with the reported sequence QTKQRRPSKDK. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Reconstitution is performed using double distilled water.
