Anti-KBTBD7 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against the KBTBD7 target and is supplied in unconjugated, liquid form [C0, S1]. The reagent is manufacturer-validated for Western blot [S1]; the catalogue attributes additional applications of immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) [C0]. Reactivity has been reported for human, mouse, and rat samples [C0, S1].

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 475–684 of human KBTBD7 (NP_115514.2), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 77 kDa [S1]. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide as preservative; concentration is lot specific [S1].
