Anti-KAT7 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the catalytic acetyltransferase domain of KAT7 (also known as HBO1/MYST2), this unconjugated polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of the target across human, mouse, and rat samples. KAT7 is a MYST-family lysine acetyltransferase that catalyzes histone H4 acetylation at multiple lysine residues, supporting chromatin remodeling during DNA replication licensing, origin firing, and transcriptional regulation.
