Anti-KAT5 Antibody

It is listed for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is affinity purified and provided in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, at a lot-specific concentration. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 182–282 of human KAT5/Tip60 (NP_006379.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 60 kDa. For Western blot the manufacturer recommends a dilution range of 1:100–1:500. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
