Anti-KAT2A Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody to KAT2A (also known as KAT2A/GCN5), supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-100 of human KAT2A (NP_066564.2). It is provided as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 94 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:100-1:500 for WB, with 1:50-1:200 suggested for both IHC and ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
