Anti-KARS Antibody

A rabbit-derived polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets lysyl-tRNA synthetase (KARS), the enzyme responsible for charging tRNA with lysine during protein translation. This unconjugated primary antibody is supplied as 100 µl aliquots and is validated for Western blot analysis of human samples, where it enables detection of endogenous KARS expression across a range of cell lines and primary tissues.

The reagent also supports immunohistochemistry workflows, allowing researchers to map KARS distribution in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections, which is useful for studies of protein synthesis, aminoacyl-tRNA biology, and disease contexts where KARS dysregulation has been reported, including Charcot-Marie-Tooth neuropathy and certain cancers.
