Anti-Kappa Light Chain Antibody [YCK1]

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone YCK1) is a primary antibody raised against the human Kappa Light Chain. It is of the IgG1 isotype and is supplied unconjugated in lyophilised form, with the concentration described as reconstitution dependent.

The reagent is validated for ELISA and Western blot applications and is reactive with human samples. The immunogen used was human immunoglobulin, and the antibody is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. The epitope is noted as Sp2/0-Ag14.
