Anti-KANK2 Antibody

KANK2 operates at integrin adhesion complexes and integrin-linked kinase signaling hubs, where it modulates actin polymerization, focal adhesion turnover, and directed cell migration. The protein has been investigated in glomerular podocytes, where truncating mutations are associated with familial steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome, and in renal carcinoma, where it has been proposed to act as a tumor suppressor whose loss alters Wnt/β-catenin pathway activity.
