A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated, targets JunD and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications. Reactivity is reported with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 220-270 of Human JunD, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of JunD protein. The observed molecular weight is ~35 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
