From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against JunD phosphorylated at Serine 255 (phospho-S255). The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunoprecipitation, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

It was generated using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human JunD centred on the Ser255 phosphorylation site, and specifically detects endogenous JunD protein only when phosphorylated at Ser255. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 35 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
