Anti-JUND (phospho S255) Antibody

Raised in rabbit as an unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent, this Antibodies.com antibody specifically targets JUND phosphorylated at serine 255, a post-translational mark that tunes AP-1 transcription factor activity by altering DNA binding and partner selection with c-Jun, c-Fos, and related bZIP proteins.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the reagent detects endogenous JUND in human, mouse, and rat samples and is used in research on mitogenic signaling, oxidative and genotoxic stress responses, and AP-1-dependent gene expression in cell culture models and fixed tissue sections.
