Sourced from the Antibodies.com portfolio, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the JunD transcription factor and is epitope-targeted to the region surrounding residue 255 of the human protein (immunogen sequence G-E-S-P-P). The antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume of phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as stabiliser. It is unconjugated, of the Rabbit IgG isotype, and purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, making it suitable for detecting endogenous levels of total JunD in human samples. Recommended applications include Western blotting at 1:500–1:1000, immunohistochemistry at 1:50–1:100, and immunofluorescence at 1:100–1:200, with an expected band around 38 kDa. For routine use the antibody should be stored at 4 °C, where it remains stable for up to six months; for longer-term storage, keep it at –20 °C and avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The product is intended for research use only and is certified for that purpose by the supplier.
