Anti-Junctophilin 2 Antibody [D5-3]

The Antibodies.com Anti-Junctophilin 2 Antibody [D5-3] is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 clone validated for western blot, immunocytochemistry, and paraffin immunohistochemistry across human, mouse, and rat samples. Junctophilin 2 (JPH2) anchors the sarcoplasmic reticulum to the plasma membrane at dyadic junctions in cardiac and skeletal muscle, and alterations in JPH2 expression have been linked to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy as well as arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 100 µg liquid preparation and is commonly used in studies of excitation-contraction coupling, intracellular calcium handling, and the molecular architecture of striated muscle. For handling, refrigerated storage is recommended, with aliquoting upon receipt to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve binding performance.
