Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human JunB around the phosphorylation site of Serine 79. It specifically detects endogenous levels of JunB protein only when phosphorylated at Ser79.

The unconjugated antibody is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The antibody has a molecular weight of approximately 43 kDa and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
