Anti-JunB (phospho-S259) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody specifically recognises JunB when phosphorylated at the Serine 259 residue. The unconjugated reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. It was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human JunB around the phosphorylation site of Serine 259, and detects endogenous levels of JunB protein only when phosphorylated at Ser259.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
