Anti-JUNB (phospho S259) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets JUNB phosphorylated at serine 259 and is unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S259 of human phospho-JunB-S259. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 45 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:50–1:100. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
