Anti-JunB (D253) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes the JunB transcription factor at the D253 epitope region. It is supplied as a 1 mg/ml solution in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 220-270 of human JunB and specifically detects endogenous levels of JunB protein. It has been validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunoprecipitation (IP), and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The unconjugated reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. JunB migrates at approximately 43 kDa.
