Anti-JUNB Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting JunB, supplied by Antibodies.com within the Primary Antibodies category. Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, the reagent is unconjugated and presented as an affinity-purified liquid preparation.

According to the manufacturer, the antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. Reactivity is confirmed for Human, Mouse and Rat samples, supported by one scientific validation image. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–240 of human JunB (NP_002220.1).

The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, with a reported target molecular weight of 43 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
