Anti-Jun (phospho Y170) Antibody

Phospho-specific detection of activated c-Jun is enabled by this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against the Y170 phosphorylation site. Supplied as a 50 µl vial of unconjugated reagent, the antibody is validated for Western Blot analysis of human samples, where it recognizes Jun only when tyrosine 170 is phosphorylated.

Tyrosine 170 phosphorylation of Jun is mediated by c-Abl kinase and modulates AP-1-driven gene expression, making this reagent useful for studies of growth factor signaling, cellular stress responses, and oncogenic transformation.
