Anti-Jun (phospho T93) Antibody

Listed by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Jun phosphorylated at threonine 93 (phospho T93). It is supplied unconjugated with an IgG isotype, and validated by the retailer for Western blot on human samples.

A third-party manufacturer datasheet provides further reagent details, reporting cross-reactivity with human and mouse samples, affinity purification, storage at -20°C, and a PBS buffer containing 0.01% thimerosal and 50% glycerol at pH 7.3. Freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. The same datasheet recommends starting dilutions of 1:500 to 1:2000 for Western blot and 1:50 to 1:200 for immunofluorescence, with a starting ELISA concentration of 1 μg/mL.
