Anti-JUN (phospho S73) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against c-Jun phosphorylated at Ser73. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Reactivity is reported for Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide centred on S73 of human c-Jun. The antibody is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The reported molecular weight is 42 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific.
